1. Overview
PropInsight Analytics (the “Service”) respects user privacy and handles information responsibly. The Service does not require registration or login, so personal information such as names or email addresses is not collected as a rule.
2. Information We Collect
The Service may collect the following information: · IP Address: Automatically recorded to prevent unauthorized access and enforce rate limits. · AI Assistant Input Text: Stored in audit logs for a limited period to monitor service quality and prevent misuse. · Anonymous Usage Data: To improve the Service and analyze popular content, we record interaction data such as pages viewed, disclosure document links clicked, and features used, keyed to a randomly generated anonymous ID. This ID is never linked to names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. · Feedback Form Submissions: Stored on Google LLC servers for the purpose of responding to inquiries (subject to Google's Privacy Policy).
3. Cookies and Browser Storage
The Service does not collect personal information such as names or email addresses. · Cookies: The Service itself uses only one Cookie (NEXT_LOCALE), to remember your display language. In addition, Google Analytics and Google AdSense use Cookies (see Sections 5 and 6). · SessionStorage: Stores tutorial display state and temporary AI conversation history on your device only, and is automatically cleared when the browser tab is closed. · LocalStorage: Stores an anonymous ID (a random string) for usage analytics and a cache of AI analysis results. These can be deleted or disabled at any time via your browser settings.
4. Third-Party Data Sharing
The Service sends user information to third parties in the following cases: · Anthropic, Inc. (USA): For the AI Assistant feature, text entered by users is sent. It is handled in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. · Google LLC (USA): For analytics and ad delivery, information such as pages viewed and device type is sent via Cookies and similar technologies (see Sections 5 and 6). It is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. User information is not sold or provided to any other third parties.
5. Advertising
The Service uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Third-party vendors, including Google, use Cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Service or other websites. Google's use of advertising Cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to the Service and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of Cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Ads are selected by Google and do not constitute a recommendation of any product or service by the Service.
6. Analytics
The Service uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics uses Cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, referrers, device and browser type, and approximate location. This information is aggregated anonymously and does not identify individuals. You can opt out of collection by Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Collected information is used solely for: · Operating and improving the Service · Improving content and features through usage trend analysis · Delivering advertisements · Preventing unauthorized access and spam · Detecting and responding to service failures
