PropInsight Analytics (the “Service”) respects user privacy and handles information responsibly. The Service does not require registration or login, so personal information such as names or email addresses is not collected as a rule.
The Service may collect the following information: · IP Address: Automatically recorded to prevent unauthorized access and enforce rate limits. · AI Assistant Input Text: Stored in audit logs for a limited period to monitor service quality and prevent misuse. · Feedback Form Submissions: Stored on Google LLC servers for the purpose of responding to inquiries (subject to Google's Privacy Policy).
The Service does not use Cookies. Browser SessionStorage is used to store tutorial display state and temporary AI conversation history on your device only. This data is never sent to external servers and is automatically cleared when the browser tab is closed.
For the AI Assistant feature, text entered by users is sent to the AI service provided by Anthropic, Inc. (USA). Data sent to Anthropic is handled in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. User information is not sold or provided to any other third parties.
Collected information is used solely for: · Operating and improving the Service · Preventing unauthorized access and spam · Detecting and responding to service failures
