Data used in the Service is sourced from TDnet (Tokyo Stock Exchange Timely Disclosure Network) and official IR pages of J-REIT corporations. Copyright of each dataset belongs to the respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Service content is prohibited.
Users must not engage in the following activities: · Overloading servers through automated bulk requests or scraping · Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Service data · Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws through the Service · Any other actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice to users. The operator assumes no liability for any damages resulting from such changes.
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon posting to the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
